Shilu vs State

Having considered the application forwarded by the applicant-convict through jail and the relevant papers annexed, so also the jail remarks sheet and the grounds on which the competent authority has rejected the application for parole leave of the convict, this Court is of the opinion that no ground is made out for parole, hence the application is dismissed.
