This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court - V, Ghaziabad to conclude the proceedings of criminal case no. 475 of 2019 (Shilpi Garg vs. Vipin Garg) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sihani Gate, District - Ghaziabad within a time period fixed by this Court.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant contends that since opposite party no. 2 has not yet appeared in proceedings pending before the court below, present application be dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file a fresh with better pleadings, particulars and prayer at appropriate stage.
Prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by learned AGA.
In view of above, present application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage, with liberty aforesaid.
