JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that in accordance with terms and conditions of the leave and licence agreement between the petitioner and the lessor the premise in question was to be used for pre-school activities. It is further submitted that upon an understand+ing between the lessee and lessor and on accepting advance cheques for a period of 36 months, the petitioner was to continue to run the pre-school activities. However, by applying illegal means and methods, lessor has tried to forcefully vacate the possession of the lease premise and outsider claiming to be a Dy. Collector has exerted and influenced the respondents.
Issue notice returnable on 27.1.2012.
Direct service is permitted.
