2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 25.08.2014 passed in M.C.No.1967/2011.
3. When the matters were taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main proceeding itself has been terminated before the Family Court. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
