ORDER Smt. Priyamvada J., learned counsel for Sri Ajit Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Smt Prathima Honnapura, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, office objection is ignored.
3. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the petitions are heard finally.
4. In these petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners inter alia seek for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 11.09.2017 at Annexure-G submitted by the petitioners within the stipulated time, allot the available vacant sites in Chennapatna Layout-Hassan and to take suitable action in accordance with law .
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction that suitable action on the representations submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided, shall be taken in accordance with law by the respondent No.2 by a speaking order within 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Needless to state that the competent authority shall decide the representations submitted by the petitioners bearing in mind the orders passed by the Bench of this Court contained in Annexures-E1 to E4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
