ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, Shri Ramesh B.Aneppanavar, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the main matter within a fixed time frame.
2. Shri Mahantesh S.Hosmath, learned advocate for respondent has no objection.
3. In this writ petition, Petitioner has challenged the rejection of her application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking interim maintenance. The matter is of the year 2013.
4. In view of the submission made by learned advocates for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge to dispose of MC.No.43/2013 expeditiously within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
