The parties have filed joint affidavit of plaintiff-petitioner and respondents no. 6 and 7 (subsequent purchasers of the suit property). It is stated in the said affidavit that the parties have entered into a compromise where-under the plaintiff-petitioner has agreed to withdraw the suit out of which the instant proceedings arises as well as the criminal cases pending between them. The defendants-respondents are stated to have paid a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs as compensation to the plaintiff-petitioner.
Counsel for the parties also state that the parties have settled of their disputes by compromise.
Accordingly, no further adjudication is required to be made in the instant petition. It stands disposed of in terms of the compromise between the parties.
