Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amit Manohar, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to consider their reply and decide the impugned show cause notice dated 7.3.2018 within time frame. Petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the respondent-Authority to decide the show cause notice as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order and copy of the writ petition alongwith annexures before the concerned Authority within ten days from today.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case.
