1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that her mutation application registered as Case No. 430 of 2019 (Shila Devi Vs. Daya Ram) has remained pending before the respondent no.1/Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, District - Jaunpur, for very long.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
