JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Ms. Aaradhana Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the prayer to direct the court below, namely, Principal Judge, Family Courrt, Sambhal situated at Chandausi to Suit No. 201 of 2019 (Shikha Vs. Vaibhav Kumar) filed by the petitioner under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
It is argued that a joint application has already been filed by the parties in the court below for divorce with mutual consent but till date no final order has been passed by the court below.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below, namely, Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal situated at Chandausi to consider and decide the aforesaid suit, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad in view of the law as has been laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Amar Deep Singh Vs. Harveer Kaur reported in 2017 SC 4417 without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
