Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Deepak Misra, learned A.G.A. for the respondent-State.
The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondent No.1 to take effective steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner in respect of case crime no.819 of 2014, under Section 13(1)(E) and 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station-Orai, District-Jalaun.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that the prayer made in the present petition is misconceived and not maintainable. Learned A.G.A. further submitted that the petitioner claims to be a wife of the accused, against whom, the charge-sheet has already been submitted in the aforesaid case to which learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has come up before this Court with the prayer for further investigation in the aforesaid case.
After having considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record, we are of the considered opinion that the petition requires no interference in the matter.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
