JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Radha Kant Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.
Sri Anil Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University states that the Vice-Chancellor is the highest authority to take the decision in these kinds of matter, therefore, it would be appropriate that the petitioner may approach to the Vice-Chancellor of the University for her grievances.
In view of the above, let the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Vice-Chancellor within one week and the Vice-Chancellor of the University is directed to dispose of the same within another two weeks. The copy of the decision of the Vice-Chancellor shall be produced before this Court on the next date.
