Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge (Jr.Div.)/ FTC Meerut to decide the Case No. 50931 of 2019, (Shikha Sharma Vs. Gaurav Sharma & others), under sections 12,18,20,22 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Medical, District Meerut within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts, circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that the learned Civil Judge (Jr.Div.)/ FTC Meerut shall decide the Case No. 50931 of 2019 (Shikha Sharma Vs. Gaurav Sharma & others), under section 12,18,20,22 of Domestic Violence Act within a period of two months from the date of production of computer generated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
