It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that a proceedings rejecting the application submitted by the petitioners has already been issued. Hence the direction contained in Annexure-I judgment stands complied. However, the petitioners seek liberty to challenge the order in appropriate proceedings. Under the above mentioned circumstances this Contempt of Court case is hereby closed, reserving liberty to the petitioners to challenge order if any passed, in appropriate proceedings.
