JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the refusal to settle timings and issue the permit granted as per Exhibit P1 on 30.04.2013. The petitioner was earlier before this Court with a writ petition. The same was disposed of on 26.09.2014 by Exhibit P2, wherein the submission of the learned Government Pleader that a timing conference is proposed on 16.10.2014 was recorded. It was also directed that there shall be expeditious issuance of permit. Thereafter nothing seems to have been done till date. 2. In the above circumstances, the permit granted shall be issued with the proposed timings, within a period of two weeks from today. Needless to say that the issuance of such permit would be subject to finalisation of timings in a properly convened timing conference.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
