JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has submitted an application requesting for construction of a residential building in 5 cents of land belonging to him. The land is declared as paddy land in the draft data bank entries prepared by the Local Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC).
2. The complaint of the petitioner is that though necessary recommendation had been made by the LLMC at Ext.P5, the 2nd respondent, who is the Convenor of the Authorised Committee has not considered the application.
Having regard to the aforesaid contentions and having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
2nd respondent, who is the Convenor of the Authorised Committee, shall consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure prescribed after taking into W.P.C.No.6695/2014 2 consideration Ext.P5 report of the LLMC and appropriate orders may be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
