JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issue of a granted variation in permit. Petitioner, admittedly, was a person, who was issued with regular permit subsequent to 2006. A scheme notified in the year 2009 did not save the permits issued subsequent to 2006. The writ petition was filed challenging the same and all such permit-holders are continuing on the basis of the interim order issued as evident in Ext.P6.
2. In such circumstances, since the permit-holders are continuing on the basis of an interim order, there will be no interdiction in issuing the variation of permit, subject however, to the final decision in the writ petitions, one of which is W.P.(C)No.12298/2011. The issue shall be W.P.(C)No.26172 of 2014 -:2:-
made within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, which shall be provisional.
Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
