The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.23/C 7131, applied for temporary permit on the route Kayamkulam-Kollam in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-2/T 1684 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-23/C 7131 on the route Kayamkulam- Kollam in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL- 2/T 1684. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL -2/T 1684 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing WPC.32879/2014 : 2 :
appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered.
Writ petition disposed of as above.
