JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has applied for a regular permit and the same is pending consideration. The petitioner prays that while the same is being considered the temporary permit application be looked into. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to consider the temporary permit application and issue the same if there is no legal impediment. The writ petition is disposed of.
