The petitioner challenges Ext.P5 application before the first respondent for survey of his property since there is some mistake in the survey number. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far no action has been taken in Ext.P5 application.

Having regard to the fact that Ext.P5 is a proper application submitted to the competent authority, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 and take appropriate action with the help of the Taluk Surveyor within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
