The petitioner, applied for regular permit on the route Paravoor-Parippally via Kalakkodu, Edayadi, Asarimukku, Varuvila, Oonninmmoodu, Mylavila, Ezhippuram. Hospital Junction by Ext.P1. The petitioner also submitted Ext.P2 application for temporary permit along with Ext.P1. The regular permit is pending consideration before the Regional Transport Authority, Kollam. In such circumstance, it is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P2 be considered and allowed for a period of four months, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration. In such circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary, RTA to grant and issue temporary permit, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment, if there is no other legal impediment.
