This petition coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER 1. Plaintiff in O.S.No.27/2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chickballapur, has come up in this writ petition impugning the order dated 05.12.2013 passed on IA No.2, which was confirmed in appeal in M.A.No.19/2013 on 17.06.2014 by the Principal District Judge, Chickballapur.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.27/2013 is looked into in the website of Chickballapur District Court. It is seen that O.S.No.27/2013 has already been disposed of vide order dated 20.12.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
