Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contention on merits being left open, the proceedings as initiated in terms of the show cause notice dated 04 February 2019 shall be taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law and with due notice to the respondent no.3 and other affected persons. He further states that all endeavour shall be made to conclude the pending proceedings within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The petition consequently stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
