Mr.Sachin D. Vasavada, learned advocate for the petitioners, requests that Mr.Shirish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, is not in a position to appear today and hence, the matter may be adjourned.
Shri Shantaram Chaudhari, Power of Attorney of the respondent, is present and as such he has objection in adjourning the matter. Mr.Chaudhari points out that even if the matter is adjourned at the request of the learned advocate for the petitioners, shortest possible date may be given.
Request to adjourn the matter is accepted on a condition that the learned advocate for the petitioners shall remain present on the next date of hearing. In view of the above, S.O. to 12.06.2012.
