Rameshchandra Ramkishor Pandey is present along with his Power of Attorney Mr.Shantaram Gangaram Chaudhary. It is stated by them that earlier learned Advocate Mr. Shashikant Gade, appearing on behalf of the workman has given withdrawal pursish. Registry is therefore directed to examine the same and delete the name of Mr. Shashikant Gade, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent workman. Registry is also further directed to verify whether Rameshchandra Ramkishor Pandey can appear as Power of Attorney before this Court. List this matter for final hearing on 5.4.2012.
