None have remain present on behalf of the respondent workman, who is shown to have been appearing through party in person, i.e. power of attorney holder. But on both the occasions the party in person is not present. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that let there be one more chance for the party in person so that the matter could be decided on merits.
