The party-in-person has invited this Court's attention to the order dated 10.11.2011 passed by this Court (Coram: Ravi R. Tripathi, J.) and submitted that in fact the matter was already order to be listed for final hearing on 12.12.2011. He submits that in view of this, let the matter be listed for final disposal after vacation on a fixed dated to which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. Hence, at the request of party-in- person, matter is kept on 12.12.2012.
