Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
