Petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an appeal under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)Act,2015 against the impugned order dated 09-07-2013 challenged in the present petition.
In view of availability of alternative remedy to file an appeal to the petitioner, no interference is called for by this court. The petition is dismissed.
