JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached the Wakf Board by Ext.P5 alleging that respondents 3 and 4 have misappropriated funds of Vatanappilly South Mahal Juma Ath Palli and attempting to put the entire responsibility on the petitioner. Petitioner therefore approached Wakf Board by Ext.P5 to examine the accounts of the Wakf.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Chief Executive Officer of the Wakf Board to take appropriate decision if it is not required to place before the Board, which shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If it is required to be placed before the Board, the Board shall dispose of the matter within a period of four months. In all proceedings, petitioner and party respondents shall be heard before a decision is taken.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
