Being aggrieved of Exts. P8, P12, P16, P56, P64 and P68 penalty orders and Exts. P20, 24, P28, P32, P36, P40, P44, P48, P52 and P60 passed by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has already preferred Exts. P9, P13, P17, P57, P65 and P69 revision petitions along with Exts. P10, P14, P18, P58, P66 and P70 interlocutory applications for stay and Exts. P21, P25, P29, P33, P37, P41, P45, P49, P53 and P62 appeals along with Exts. P22, P26, P30, P34, P38, P42, P46, P50, P54 and P62 interlocutory applications for stay, which are pending consideration before the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, as borne by Exts. P1 to P3 and P7, which hence are sought to be intercepted.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on Exts. P10, P14, P18, P22, P26, P30, P34, P38, P42, P46, P50, P54, P58, P62, P66 and P70 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings pursuant to Exts. P1 to P3 and P7 shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
