1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Shera Singh, Kailashi, Vijendra Singh and Chhigga, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2021, under Sections - 336, 147, 148, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Barhan, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial.
3. The allegation made in the FIR is of brick bat being thrown at the police party when they had gone to the village to establish peace between two warring sides.
4. In view of such allegation made, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.
5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected without prejudice to the rights of the applicants to seek regular bail, if required.
