Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned show cause notice.
We do not find any reason to interfere with the same. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from taking all the grounds which he has raised in this writ petition in his reply, which he may propose to file against the impugned show cause notice.
