JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that case of the petitioner is similar to that of Writ Petition No.3183(SS) of 2012, Pratul Chauhan & ors. v. State of U.P. & ors., in which interim stay has been granted.
Sri I.P. Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.2 to 4.
Respondent no.1 would be represented by the Standing Counsel.
Let counter affidavit be filed within three weeks.
List this case alongwith Writ Petition No.3183(SS) of 2012, Pratul Chauhan & ors. v. State of U.P. & ors.
In the meantime, it is directed that operation of order (Annexure-1) shall remain stayed and petitionier shall be allowed to continue in service and paid salary due to him.
