The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Moradabad to expedite the Complaint Case No.3629/2015 (Sher Singh Vs. Mulayam Singh and others) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 307 I.P.C., at P.S.
Moondapandey, District Moradabad, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Moradabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case fixing short dates in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
