The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the Settlement Officer of Consolidation is not demarcating the chaks of the petitioner because of which the petitioner is not being delivered possession of the same despite the order dated 28.3.2018 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Sadar, Bulandshahr which in itself was passed on a direction issued by this Court through its order dated 12.9.2016 in Writ - B No. 32261 of 2016.
The petitioner may file an application before the Collector, Bulandshahr bringing to his notice all the necessary facts who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
