Sri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the informant today, is taken on record.
Sri Zafeer Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Amit Singh Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the informant has pointed out that in the present case, the charge sheet has come under Sections 376, 511 I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act but the present bail application has been filed under Sections 345, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act on which the learned counsel for the applicant requests that he does not want to press the bail application and it may be dismissed with liberty to file fresh application.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh bail application in which sections the charge sheet has come.
