The matter is dragging on for quite sometime.
The petitioner says that he is raising constructions on plot no. 281. He further informs that demarcation has been made and the map has been sanctioned. Despite this fact that the petitioner is exclusively raising construction on plot no. 281. Only the opposite parties are not allowing him to raise the construction.
Affidavits have been filed on behalf of the opposite parties in which they stated that they will not create any hurdle if the construction is raised on plot no. 281.
The petitioner says that despite this affidavit, the opposite parties being the police force is harassing to the petitioner and is not allowing the construction work.
Let Superintendent of Police, Ambedkar Nagar, along with Station House Officer (S.H.O.), Jalalpur, Ambedkar Nagar, appear in person before this court on 11.11.2011 to show cause as to why proceedings for committing contempt of this Court should not be initiated against them and why they should not be punished under the Contempt of Court's Act.
In case the petitioner is allowed to raise the construction in lawful manner, the Officers need not appear before this Court.
