This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the second appeal dated 02.11.2018 (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make an application before the respondent no. 2 to decide second Appeal dated 02.11.2018 within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.
Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application before the Respondent No.2, within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures for disposing of the Appeal dated 02.11.2018 within a stipulated period, if any such application is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider the appeal and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the said application.
