1. Mr.Karthik Seshadri, learned counsel for the appellant says that, he has instructions to withdraw the captioned appeal. 1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the paper book.

2. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected pending application shall stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
