Heard Mr. K.S. Nanavati, learned senior advocate for the petitioners.
Rule.
Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
In addition to what is recorded in the order dated 27.1.2012 attention is drawn to order dated 12.11.2010 and 27.9.2011 about decision of the competent authority of Department of Labour and Employment, Govt. of Gujarat, I am inclined to continue ad-interim relief as interim relief till final disposal of the petition.
