Considering the subject mater, nature of complaint and observations made by learned Magistrate and further limitation provided under section 106 of Factories Act, 1948 for limitation of prosecution prescribed taking cognizance of any offence punishable unless complaint thereof is made within three months of the date on which the alleged commission of the offence came to the knowledge of an inspector.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till further order.
