The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for grant of fire arm license is pending consideration since 21.02.2019 before respondent no.2-The District Collector Prayagraj, District-Prayagraj.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-The District Collector Prayagraj, District Prayagraj to endeavour of decide the application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order before him.
