JUDGMENT / ORDER

This correction application has been moved on the ground that in the memo of revision name of revisionist "Smt. Kuraisha" has been wrongly been mentioned as "Smt. Kuraiha" and consequently in the order of the Court dated 07.06.2016, the same has been wrongly mentioned.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist. He is allowed to make necessary amendment in the memo of the revision and accordingly the correction is also made in the order dated 07.06.2016 today itself.
It is ordered that "Smt. Kuraiha" will be read as "Smt. Kuraisha" in the order dated 07.06.2016 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1638 of 2016.
