The petitioner is currently holding the post of clerk in the office of Director of Secondary Education, Allahabad. He has been allotted house No.76/2, T.B.Colony, Teliyarganj, Allahabad on 7.7.2017 but the petitioner has not been given possession of house in question as someone else is occupying the premises inspite of that person being transferred from Allahabad to Lucknow long back.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.4 to look into the matter and if the petitioner has been validly allotted house, ensure possession of the house to the petitioner. The said action be taken as far as possible within one month from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before it.
