JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR being CR No.I-96/2012 registered with Langhanaj Police Station, Dist-Mehsana, on the grounds stated in the application.
2. Learned Advocate Mr.Pawan Barot for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
