JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that physical and mental condition of the applicant accused in not good.
Considering the above fact, Jail authority is directed to take appropriate steps for providing necessary medical treatment to the applicant accused.
In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application. The present application stands disposed of, as not pressed. Rule is discharge.
Ms.C.M.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instruction, states that committal order is passed and Sessions Case number is given.
In view of above, Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of present order. If trial is not completed within a period of six months, applicant is at liberty to approach this Court.
Copy of this order be provided to learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Registry is directed to send copy of this order to Sabarmati Central Jail.
