Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the controversy raised in the present writ petition stands answered under a judgment of this Court dated 18.4.2018, passed in Writ Petition No.9912 of 2017 (Yogendra Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Sri Shivam Yadav appearing for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid contention.
In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms.
