Sheetla Vihar Jan Kalyan Samiti ... vs Special Judge S.C./ S.T. Act ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|11 January, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 09.12.2009 passed by the revisional court by means of which the order of the learned trial court under Section 133 Cr.P.C. has been set aside and the matter has been remanded for deciding it afresh in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent that the trial court may decide it expeditiously.
It appears to be an innocuous prayer.
The matter is of the year 2006 which is trivial in nature and such the matters are required to be decided at the earliest.
In view of the above, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the matter expeditiously preferably within four months from the date a certified copy of the order is produced before it.
