Against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of preferring appeal under Regulation 69, which has not been availed. Objection to the maintainability of the writ petition raised by Sri Vivek Saran is, therefore, liable to be sustained.
It is provided that in the event such an appeal is preferred within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and dealt with, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is consigned to records.
